Claret Jug

I have one glass pot-bellied, pot / kettle? with silver handle and silver mount with tealight candle. What is this?
I am told it is Moroccan kettle, but it does not have as long spout them. The lip looks more like a burgundy jug so I eventually mulled wine for cooking or coffee, or serving hot Italian cocoa? The silver cover looks like a Moroccan cover pot with a hole to serve. In silver handle wraps around the neck after It expands and down the handle (Half-loveheart). In the mountains encircling the pot and narrows down to a candle holder (Centrally placed). It is one claw foot stand. It is not antique, it was made in Hong Kong (sticker removed). Also any ideas of value will be greatly appreciated.
is normal tea pot with tealight-down is to use to keep the tea warm for a long time.
